The Parkside Federation website has now been officially launched, after several months of intensive development. This represents something of a milestone in the continued development of the Etianen.com content management system, demonstrating its ability to easy cope with sites of over 500 web pages.
The site aims to act as a resource for both pupils and parents, featuring on online homework area and a dedicated search engine for the many clubs and societies on offer. The wide audience of the site has resulted in substantial traffic to the site, with over 700 page views at day. Nevertheless, it continues to demonstrate exceptional performance under load.
The Parkside Federation website was developed in association with 2iDesign, an established design company with strong ties in the Cambridge area.
For those of you not in the know, the Parkside Federation runs two relatively small secondary schools in Cambridge: Parkside Community College and Coleridge Community College, each of which contains about 600 boys and girls. To find out more, please visit their new website at the following URL:
